Consultations are complimentary prior to any service and required for all new clients. Consultations must be done prior to the service appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to secure an appointment, we require a credit card on file. The Dye Lot has a 48-hour cancellation policy, if a client cancels after 48-hours notice they will be subject to a charge of 50% of the cost of their service.
