WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located at 63 Lonsdale on the West side of Lonsdale between 1st and Esplanade.  There is a bus stop located directly outside our front door. We are only 2 blocks away from the Seabus terminal.

what products do you USE?

The Dye Lot uses Davines Colour with an ammonia free option, Shades EQ by Redken for toning, Schwarzkopf lightener, Goldwell Elumen. Please inquire with your Stylist.

what is your cancellation policy?

We respectfully request 48 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. Without ample notice, we miss the opportunity to accept other clients. With this in mind, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Clients who give less than 48 hours notice before their appointment time will be charged a 50% fee of the service amount booked. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service amount booked.

New clients are required to provide a credit card number at the time of booking their first appointment.

DO YOU ACCEPT HAIR DONATIONS?

We are happy to assist you with the haircut and style, however we kindly ask you to send in your donation yourself. In our experience, personal donation is more meaningful. The following organizations will warmly accept your donation:

where can i park?

1-hour street parking is available but quite limited at peak times.  There is paid parking lot at 1st and lonsdale, esplanade and st.georges.

We recommend that you give yourself a little extra time to find parking.
