CLIENT PROTOCOLS DURING COVID-19
• Please arrive to your appointment wearing a mask. We recommend one that goes around your ears for ease of applying colour and cutting hair. If you do not have a mask, we can provide you with one at the cost of $5
• We no longer have a common waiting area. Please do not arrive to your appointment any more than 5 minutes early. Please wait outside until we notify you that you may enter the salon. If your stylist is running behind, we will text you to give you as much notice as possible.
• We will not be open for walk in traffic. By appointment only.
• Please use hand sanitizer immediately upon entering the salon.
• Clients will not have access to our bathrooms at this time, unless for emergency.
• We ask that you come to your appointment alone; no extra family members or friends in the salon at any time. If you are someone who needs assistance or not of age to consent (including children), please inform us when booking and limit to bringing only 1 extra person at that time.
• We will be suspending our service of coffee, tea, and water. Please if you are bringing a drink with you, it must be in a paper cup. No outside food will be allowed, and you must leave with what you bring in. We will also be suspending any offering of candy.
• Please come with limited personal items. Belongings must be limited to a phone and a form of payment. No handbags, no computer bags, no umbrellas.
• Our retail space will not be open for browsing clients. Please if you need something, inform your stylist and they will collect it for you. Please note that we offer curbside pick up or delivery of products if needed.
• There will be no magazines in the salon to decrease person to person transmission.
• We will be cashless moving forward. We accept Visa, MC, American Express, and Debit.
• Physical Distancing will be practiced within the salon. We will have a limited staff working at all times during the day.
• All clients must remove and replace their own jackets.
